For those registering BEFORE September 1st (recommended), a non-refundable deposit of $500 per ensemble is required before September 15, 2022.  For those registering in the fall, this fee is required within two weeks of initial registration to guarantee your participation.  Mail early as we expect the Festival to fill up quickly.  The remainder is due before February 15, 2023. 

Cheques should be made payable to: New Era Music Festivals. All deposits are non-
refundable. In the case of inclement weather conditions, a credit is given towards future participation.
