Jazz Ensemble - $1500 per ensemble

Concert Choirs - $100 per student

In order to guarantee your registration,  a non-refundable deposit of $750 per ensemble is required within 2 weeks of initial registration to guarantee your participation.   Register early as we expect the Festival to fill up quickly.  A further $1000 is required before December 15, 2024 with the remainder due before February 15, 2025.

Cheques should be made payable to: New Era Music Festivals. All deposits are non- refundable. In the case of inclement weather conditions, a credit is given towards future participation.

Please make note with each cheque which ensemble you are paying for, as often cheques don’t specify which school they represent.  Be sure to let your travel agent know that you are paying these fees separately.
